About the Owner
Kalen Stieferman
In 1969 my father started his flooring business in central Missouri and continued working full time until age 75. Even now he still works a couple days a week. I often went to work with him and by the time I was 16 I was working full time in the summer months installing flooring. During my time working with him, he taught me the importance of learning everything you can about your trade, takeing pride in your work, and treating every job like it was being installed in your own home.
To this day I still hold on to these values and endeavor to do the best job possible at a reasonable rate. I feel strongly that continued education is the key to providing professional service. To that end, I am an accredited installer, sander and finisher with the NWFA.
I am confident that whether you need a pre-finished floor installed, a re-finish of an existing floor, or a new site finished floor I will be able to give you the professional results you desire.
